It is critical to begin our day with a good morning routine that allows us to lay the foundations for the day. It enables us to regulate our daily schedule rather than being controlled by them. We can better focus on what is in front of us, where to prioritise our time, and, ultimately, increase our productivity if we start each day fresh.

Everyone talks about how important morning rituals are. After listening to them, we may become motivated and begin to follow them for a week, but we quickly lose our consistency due to something.
In this article, I'll expose the truth about following these rules and how to follow them in your daily lives to make your days more productive. First and foremost, you cannot follow these rules in a single day, even if you are motivated by reading this article and try to apply all of these rules in a single day. You will eventually give up and return to your old routine, which will not help you grow in life.
Implement these rules in a systematic manner rather than literally following them. Try to tailor them to your needs and consider making changes to your routine if necessary. These are some of the most important things to know and follow before diving into the rules. Let's get started with our content. Everyone's ideal morning routine is unique, the suggestions on this list are intended to have been starting points rather than step-by-step instructions.
1. Waking up earlier
This is the first thing that everybody will suggest, and it is also the most important. To make the most of your day, you should get up earlier. Most of them were struggling to accept this, and they would wake up earlier for a few days, but then fail to follow through, and they would end up sleeping and waking up late for too many days in a row.
If you want to wake up earlier, you should go to bed earlier. Early bedtime, early rise. Make an effort to sleep for at least 6 hours. This time may change according to your age and various other factors. It's not constant for everyone.
Waking up earlier gives you some to spend on yourself to get ready and you will be stress free throughout the day
2. Make your bed
Making your bed can actually make you happier and more productive.
Make a routine for yourself and stick to it. This routine may include exercising, meditation, yoga, listening to soothing music, or doing anything else that is beneficial to your mind and body.
3. Perform a certain routine
You can pray if you believe in it, which will give you a good start to the day. Do not try to practise everything; you may become exhausted and do neither. Be calm and set a time aside for it and do it consistently.
If you don't pray or meditate, consider scheduling some quiet time to reflect on the day ahead and the path you're taking in life. It can be a great way to begin the day on a positive note. You could also choose to practise affirmations, which will give you the confidence to achieve your goals.
4. Take a walk
If possible, walk to your desired location. Nothing beats wandering around the streets when there is no one around, especially early in the morning. The experience would be incredible; try it at least once in your lives; you will love it.
Let me share my experience: I used to walk in the early morning when there was no one on the roads and streets. My neighbourhood has a lot of trees, which is a wonderful feeling, especially in the cooler months. Wearing a coat and wandering around in it was a fantastic experience. Beginning to read in the morning can assist you in reaching your full potential. You'll start your day energised and inspired, you'll gain new insights that you can immediately put into action, and your personal growth will be accelerated. It is entirely dependent on what you read in the morning, which could be scriptures, bible verses, or a self-help book. If you are a student, you should read in the morning because your brain will be fully alert and able to assimilate difficult concepts. Because your body and mind are both fresh when you wake up, any information you read at this time will be easier to recall later.
6. Make your daily schedule
Make a list of your objectives and priorities for the day. It will not consume much of your time. It's a great way to start the day by recognising your goals and organising your time effectively. You can prevent trouble as you travel toward the your target.
You are less likely to forget an important task or something if you master the art of creating daily schedules. Plan your next day the night before so you don't have to worry about it when you wake up.
