 Memory is important in life because it mirrors the legacy as the past and allows us to utilise all new and old learnings whenever we need them. 

Nowadays, we do not really remember as much as we used to. We consider storing the majority of information in our smart devices. In olden days, People used to memorise phone numbers, addresses, and a variety of other information. But now we have the ability to access our desired items at our comfort without having to memorise them.  A big thanks to technology for making our lives smoother. 

Do you think you don't have to remember anything because technology will do it for you? Is this a good strategy?
This is not going to help, and it may have a negative impact on your personal growth.

You should have a good memory to succeed in anything. However, technology, depression, health, and a variety of other factors have all contributed to the decline in average human memory power in recent decades.

If you are serious about improving your memory, you should understand that we cannot improve our memory power in a single day. Improving memory power is similar to developing a muscle; can you get a muscular body in the first week of going to the gym? However, The sleeping pattern is not the same for everyone. It differs from one person to the next. We can never tell you that you must sleep for a certain number of hours every day. It is entirely dependent on your lifestyle and health. Even if they only sleep for five hours per day, some people feel better.

Experiment with different sleep schedules to see what works best for you. If you stick to your schedule, you will notice a significant difference in your life. Not only enhanced memory power but also a peaceful life.
