 Overthinking before any special event may lead to negative thoughts. Be open to any situation and not to assume. When our minds are preoccupied with fear and anxiety, we tend to make more mistakes. Do not imagine negative situations.

 Being around negative people can drain your energy, make you feel trapped and depressed. Learn to recognize them in your life and find ways to avoid them.

Rule your emotions.

Coping with emotions in a timely manner is a great way to avoid unpleasant situations. If we continue to suppress our emotions for a long period of time, it can create chaos in our minds and drive them to the negative side.  Set a routine to empty your mind by listening to relaxing music, meditation, yoga, spending time with your beloved ones etc...

Surround with Positivity

When you are surrounded by positive people, you will hear positive attitudes, positive stories, and positive affirmations. Their positive words influence your thoughts, and it influences your words and likewise contribute to the development.
